( RAM)  Randam access memory is a volatile memory. This means that is lose all its data when the power is switched off. It is also known as the main memory of computer system that store the data temporarily and allows the data to be accessed in any order. The data can be accessed at a faster speed in RAM as compared to the secondary storage because it is the internal memory of the computer . RAM consists of different ICS, which are mounted on the printed circuit board. RAM  stores the application programs and the data on which the user is currently working so that the processer can easily access the required application program and data in a less amount of time. RAM is also known as read, write memory because I can perform both read as well as write operation.  The storage capacity of RAM is uselly  less than secondary storege devices. RAM can be of two  types _ static RAM and dynamic RAM. 

 MS word  The first version, Microsoft for MS-DOS 1.00,was introduce in 1983.MS world is an application software which enables us to create, edit, save the print professional as well as personal documents in a lucid and efficient way. In MS office suite, it is one of the important tools that is primarily the word processing program. Microsoft s word processing software available for the windows and macintosh platforms. 

 Operating system  An operating system is an integrated set of program that control the resources such as CPU, memory, I/O devices,etc of a computer system and provides it's user with an interface or virtual machine that is more convenient to use than the bare machine. 

Algorithm   An algorithm is a well defined list list of steps for solving a particular problem. It hepls a programmer in breaking down the solution of a problem into a number of sequential steps. A programming language is use to write a statement corresponding to each step. All these statements are collectively known as a program.
